Horse Experience

Day 2 – Thursday, March 12

AM

  • Transfer to Yeguada Cartuja in Jerez de la Frontera.
  • Private horse show by Andalusian riders, showing their ability to lead, drive, cooperate with horses.
  • Q/A session with horsemen after the show.

LUNCH in the Harnesses and Saddlery Salon

  • Horse experience – Part 1
    Observing, and drawing information about interactions within a social group.
    Each participant can experience their preferred style of leadership in unexpected situation and acknowledge diversity of leadership
    styles within the group.

5 Senses Experience

Day 2 – Thursday, March 12

  • Back to your hotel.
  • Private tour of the Alcazar at night.
  • Dinner on a Rooftop with stunning views of the city.

DAY 3 & DAY 4

Horse Experience

Day 3 – Friday March 13

  • Transfer to the Zaudin Horse Resort (Sevilla)
  • Horse experience – Part 2*
    Discovering / experiencing leadership positions within a team. Exploring personal comfort / discomfort zone.
    Dealing with complexity / managing resources / delivering by cooperation within uncertain environment.

  • 15H00 – Landing and Learnings
  • 17H00 – Closure

Transfer to Airport or Hotel

* Within the 2-day workshop, each participant will have several opportunities to deal with horses in 1 to 1 sessions as well as in collective sessions. There is no horseback riding, we provide you a safe and secured space where everyone can participate.

5 Senses Experience

Additional Night – March 13

EVENING

  • Back to your hotel.
    Flamenco show at the Museo del Flamenco, the most mythical performance hall in Seville.
    Horse-drawn carriage tour.
    Dinner in gardens of an Andalusian palace.

Day 4 – Saturday, June 15

Morning – End of stay – Transfer to airport.
